Admissions Process
Step One
- Submitting An Application form
Parents who are interested in enrolling their children in the school may begin by submitting an application form. Once completed, you will receive a notification to carry you through to the next steps in the admission process.
In addition to completing the application form, parents must submit all the pre-requisite documentation for their application to be considered. (Details below).
NOTE
- Pre-requisite documentation include
- Previous school academic report(certified)
- Previous school testimonial reports
- Copy of learner’s birth certificate (certified)
- Recent passport size photographs for the learner (2) & parent/guardian (1)
- Copy of parent/guardian’s Identity card or Passport. (certified)
Step two
- Assessment
Once all the relevant documents have been received and evaluated, students will be invited in for an entry assessment by phone or via email.
Assessments are structured in the following format: Daycare /Foundation Stage: Short assessment and Observation
Key Stage 1& 2: Written assessment in English, and Mathematics
We will confirm whether we are able to offer your child a place within 1-5 working days once the education team has conducted a full review of the assessment. We may ask for additional supporting documentation to support the admission.
Step Three
- Assessment
Please note that we may request a formal meeting with the parent/guardian and child prior to completing the admission process.
Note: If a seat is not available, your child’s application will be placed on a waiting list until a seat becomes available. Enrolment in the school will be confirmed upon acceptance of the offer and payment of the admission fee (non-refundable).
